For complete peace of mind that your item will be delivered safely and on time then   consider our direct delivery service throughout the UK. You have full control of the delivery, from the time of collection the route taken and delivery time. We can collect as required, deliver the same day or next day or if required we can collect and store in our secure warehouse and arrange for your item to be delivered to you preferred date.

On contacting Orbis a team member will discuss your request and find out which of our delivery services you require and is most suited to your item/s and timescale. We will then get back to you with an option of free, no-obligation delivery costs dependant on your requirements.

Once your order has been processed, we will assign an Orbis driver to arrive at your parcel/s pick-up point for collection.

You will be notified by phone, text or e-mail as soon as your parcel has been picked up by the driver, you will then be notified once more when delivery has been made together with a receiver’s signature and photograph of delivery point.

All deliveries utilize a dedicated vehicle which will only have your item/s onboard for your security and complete peace of mind. 

We provide a personalised delivery service. You will have a single driver to handle your parcel from collection to delivery, the driver will be responsible for your delivery only as we do not make multiple deliveries at once.

Our Orbis Drivers are experienced in handling a large range of parcels and package types, as a result they will ensure that your item/s are safe and secure throughout the delivery process.

Secure Delivery Service

If you require a safe and secure delivery for high value or sensitive items, then our Secure Delivery Service which is tracked in an unmarked deadlocked vehicle which can be double manned, Orbis will discuss your delivery needs in advance to determine the best vehicle to use to maximise safety from collection to drop-off. 
With our unmarked, fully tracked and deadlocked vehicles we will have your goods protected and delivered with your items always in sight. All items delivered are fully insured with Goods in Transit Insurance up to £300k.

For particularly large items, we can also provide a cost effective and competitive quote for a pallet delivery service within the UK
